In this session, the mid-term inspection team is responsible for the assessment, and graduate students who pass the mid-term inspection will receive 1 credit. 由中期检查 小组负责考 核 Assessed by process assessment group 必选 Compulsory 3.学 位 论 文 要 求 （ Degree Thesis/Dissertation Requirements） 对学位论文的学术道德、学术水平、创新成果、论文撰写以及答辩等方面的具体要求： The degree thesis requirements with the contents of academic level, academic ethics, creative outcome, thesis writing, pre-defense and final defense of graduation: 学术道德：学术硕士研究生应恪守学术道德规范，严谨认真、求真务实，自觉遵守科研诚信与学术道德，没 有抄袭剽窃、数据作假等不端行为，尊重他人劳动成果，做学术道德和学术规范的遵循者、守护者和传承者。 学术水平：学术硕士研究生应掌握坚实的应用经济学学科的基础理论和系统的专门知识；具有从事科学研究 工作或独立担负专门管理工作的能力。能以书面和口头的方式有深度地、清楚地汇报科研成果，特别是对实际经 济问题的调查研究成果。能在所有的专业活动，包括在教学环节、学术研究以及调查报告等环节中，综合运用专 业知识，提出创新性的观点和解决实际问题。 创新成果：学术硕士研究生学位论文要求清晰明确阐述创新点，并且创新点数量不少于 2 个。 论文撰写：学术硕士研究生学位论文撰写是硕士生科学研究工作的全面总结，也是描述其研究成果、反映其 研究水平的重要学术文献资料，更是申请和授予硕士学位的基本依据，需按照《哈尔滨工程大学研究生学位论文 撰写基本要求》认真执行。 论文答辩：学术硕士研究生申请答辩最早时间自入学报到日起到申请答辩日期（即提交学术论文评阅） ，时 间不得少于 18 个月（不含休学时间）。申请答辩条件及答辩流程参照《哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位研究生学位授予 工作细则（试行） 》 （哈工程校发[2017]140 号）和《经济管理学院硕士学位研究生授予工作实施的补充说明》 （哈 工程经管院发[2019]5 号）有关规定。 Academic ethics: The academic postgraduate should abide by the academic ethics; rigorous and conscientious; realistic and pragmatic, and consciously abide by the integrity of scientific research and academic ethics. Ability to comprehensively apply professional knowledge in all professional activities, including teaching, academic research, and survey reports, to propose innovative ideas and solve practical problems. Creative outcome: The academic master's degree thesis requires a clear description of innovation points, and the number of innovation points shall not be less than 2. Thesis writing: The thesis writing of academic master’s degree is a comprehensive summary of the scientific research work of master’s degree, an important academic literature that describes the research results and reflects the research level, and also the basic basis for applying for and awarding master’s degree. It should be carefully implemented in accordance with the basic requirements for thesis writing of graduate of Harbin Engineering University. Defense of graduation: The earliest time for an academic master candidate to apply for defense shall be from the date of enrollment to the date of application for defense (that is, the date of submission of the academic paper for review), and the time shall not be less than 18 months (excluding suspension time).
