Theme: «International Business and Customs Regulations» Date: May 20, 2016 Venue: ITMO University, 49 Kronverksky pr., Saint-Petersburg, 196365, Russia Target audience: bachelors, masters, specialists and other students interested in International Trade and Customs; experts and professionals in Customs and International Trade Goal: to unite the students who focus on the study of International Trade and Customs Affairs of various countries into the community of rising professionals, the one ready for active discussions, scientific research and practical work based on international experience. The best papers will be recommended by the Committee of Experts to be presented at the Youth Forum of the International Conference PICARD, held by the World Customs Organization on September 27-29, 2016 in Manila (Philippine). Conference Sections and key topics for discussion: Section 1: International Trade and Customs Policy.  The similarities and differences of International Trade and Customs Policy.  International Trade in Goods.  Globalization and Regionalization: Facilitation in International Trade in Goods.  EAEU as an example of a Regional Customs Union and its role in Global Trade in Goods.  Customs-Business Partnership at the national, regional and world level. Section 2: Administration and Regulation of Customs Procedures: common processes and measures.  International Regulation of Customs Procedures.  The measures of Customs Policy and Customs Legislation (tariff and nontariff).  Informatization of Customs Procedures and Payments within EAEU.  International Trade in dual and specific-use goods.  Customs Offences. Language: English Participation: participants can take part directly (presentation at the Conference), distantly (in form of a webinar) or by just sending a paper, if other options are not suitable Conference fees: no fees Accommodation: all costs (including travel) are borne by the participants themselves; organizers can assist in booking hotels.
