2023 年劳动节放假通知 全体国际学生： 根据学校《关于做好 2023 年劳动节放假安排的通知》 ，现将国际学生 2023 年劳动节有关工作 安排通知如下： 一、放假安排 1.放假时间：2023 年 4 月 29 日（星期六）-5 月 3 日（星期三） 注意：4 月 23 日（星期日） 、5 月 6 日（星期六）正常上班、上课 2. 假期国际学院老师轮流值班，值班时间为上午 8:30-11:30,下午 15:00-18:00；国际学生公寓执行 24 小时值班。 二、假期安全及要求 1. 遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。 2. 注意人身安全、用电安全、交通安全、实验安全等。 3. 离开房间请关闭空调；长时间外出请关闭水源、电源开关。 4. 外出杨凌须履行请假及返校后销假手续。 5. 请检查护照及居留许可期限，如需延长请提前办理相关手续。 6. 从 5 月 1 日起，执行夏季作息时间，上班时间调整为：上午 8:00-12:00，下午 14:30-18:30。 国际学院 2023 年 4 月 23 日 Notice on International Labor Day, 2023 DEAR ALL： According to the University notice on International Labor Day, the arrangements for the vacation are notified as follows: 1. Vacation Arrangement 1.1 Time: April 29(Saturday) -- May 3, 2023（Wednesday） Note: April 23 (Sunday) and May 6 (Saturday) are normal work and class days 1.2 CIE office will be on shift duty during the vacation. Office hours: 8:30a.m.-11:30a.m., 15:00p.m.-18:00p.m. The international students’ dorm office will be on duty round the clock everyday. 2. Safety Issues and Requirements 2.1 Obey by the relevant Laws and regulations of China and the university. 2.2 Pay attention to personal safety, electricity safety, traffic safety, laboratory safety, etc. 2.3 Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room; Please turn off the water source and power switch when you go out for a long time. 2.4 Students who need to leave Yangling are requested to submit Request for Leave to CIE，and register at CIE after your arrival on campus. 2.5 Please check the duration of your passport and residence permit. If you need to extend it, please go through relevant procedures in advance. 2.6 Starting from May 1, the summer working hours will be adjusted to 8:00-12:00 in the morning and 14:30-18:30 in the afternoon.
